I've watched Caro come through the kids at London with Dixon and they are worlds apart. He can't naturally catch a ball. All he has is speed and thats straight line with no ball. He is useless. Poop in a poor London team

Tbf, while the straight swap thing and you taking Caro off our hands was 'optimistic', if that was what was being implied (players plus cash was my assumption), so was your suggested fee of £100k. The sarcasm was unnecessary, or overly robust perhaps.



It does seem that fans sometimes struggle to think about the other side of the deal - the boot being on t'other foot, as you put it.









We don't have immediate or pressing financial problems, is perhaps what afm means. We've got some new directors, alongside those who've been shouldering the burden to this point, and some new investment. Like most SL teams we remain a money pit. Hopefully our new north stand will mitigate that somewhat.

My suggestion of "maybe they can't afford to pay a fee" fits in, as they may not be able to afford to pay Poore without unloading a couple of players. A possibility, no?

If we offload an expensive player and save a fortune but pass the liability of his wages on to someobe else then you can't also ask them for a fee as well!



I too do not rate Omar and would prefer us to retain our own, but this maybe a condition of any proposed deal. We are NOT in a strong position to negotiate!

HKR agreed a fee with WTW 2 months ago, the stumbling block has always and still is due to HKR not yet agreeing personal terms with BC, his own twitter account clearly says HKR are dragging their heels the article in the paper is inaccurate

Perhaps they were a little hasty with the £30k offer and realised that it may be slightly over the odds for an enthusiastic but limited player. On the other hand I expect HKR to pay Trinity to take Caro off their hands.

Apparently BC has verbally agreed terms but as yet the contract hasn't yet been forthcoming to sign. I also wonder whether Hull KR have now gone back on the 30k offer and are trying to combine the Poore deal in with it so less actual cash changes hands overall.

to be honest we are bored with the ben cockayne thing again, i mean we at hull kr are now looking into josh mantellato from italy the goal kicking winger. and now we have lost dobson we need another player who can kick goals. and why the bitterness with us kr fans we have being in your place were money is very tight. but has someone on our page said we have a new set of investors. being a mid table team helps get some investment so i really hope wakey do well and get themselves sorted. cos my dad was from wakey but he has died end of july
