Looking at the kit i would say it was a couple of years before our yorkshire cup final win, Looking behind the crowd you can see a big white wall like the one at headingley were they used to have a few corporate boxes above. i would say season start 89 or 90, and which player is missing of the photo theres only 12 on there

The first time we used that kit was away at Swinton @ Station Road they had just been promoted and it should have been an easy match for us, but in true Trinity tradition we didn't read the script and lost. Season 90-91 I think

bearing in mind I was only 11/12 at the time could people fill in the gaps.

The Swinton away game was Jackson's debut.

It wasn't that early we played in that kit in the 91/91 and 92/93 season. At the start of the 89/90 season we did win at Headingley first game of the season 22-14 but played in the classic white top with hoops.

If the photo was from the '92 Cup round, then the final had the likes of JT, Belly, John Glancy, Goddard, Nigel Wright, Fritzy and I think Peter Benson was goal kicking, non of whom appear to be in the picture?

i too also remember that game nilling leeds at leeds i also think that might be the game we definetely played in that kit that day think slater scored the other try

the Leeds 17-0 game we was in our blue kit because Leeds that year had changed their home kit to a mainly white one that year, this photo is at Thrum Hall when we took Halifax apart and Michael Jackson scoring 2 corker tries, i remember the headlines in the monday rugby paper saying Trin Take Fax to finishing School
