"The M62 eastbound will be closed between junctions J26 and J27, due to roadworks, from 8 pm on 1 September 2012 to 8 am on 2 September 2012"
Unless something changes easiest way back is take the Brighouse / Huddersfield Road A641 from Odsal Top Roundabout, at Brighouse take the A644 and join M62 at J25 (M Way is well signposted), probably a 10-15 minute detour depending on traffic.
Obviously only affects going back as KO is 1 hour before closure'"
Easiest way is head towards motorway but go straight over the roundabout towards mcds, follow road over one roundabout(asda on left), at next roundabout turn right a650, follow road past tong school on left, at roundabout take 2nd exit a650, go over one roundabout, you will see motorway on your right, at rounadbout get in right hand lane for m62..it is then jct 26.
QuoteGerrum on side ref="Gerrum on side ref"Already posted this, but as we seem to have 2 Bradford threads.....

Actually I mis-read the info, the motorway itself will be completely closed between J26 & J27, so do not go back to the Brighouse J25 is this will delay you further. Now confirmed on FC website www.hullfc.com/article/22154/roa ... from-odsal
What you suggest above is correct except you cannot rejoin the motorway where you suggest as that is J27 (Ikea) and will be closed, J26 is Bradford Chainbar (M606) and this will also be closed. Following the route past McD's & Asda may be a bit quicker than the diversion route down the M606 but you will still join the queue and be diverted further down the A650 past Shell PFS over next roundabout past Village Hotel on right and rejoin at J28 Tingley.
Hopefully Sat night 9.30pm traffic will be light
