Got told at work today that there gonna be our shirt sponsor next year, and this is because they are giving the monoply up in hull and are after as much publicity/advertising as possible anyone heard out? Seems strange as i thought p&o appears to have a good relationship with fc??

If i'm not mistaken, the P&O deal expires at the end of this season and the have already said they weren't renewing. We have history of having KC as a sponsor so I don't see an issue with it.. KC are looking to improve their profile and poor reputation now that the pressure is on them to perform better. I'm sure we will have got a very good deal for the current climate and a good 'local' sponsor if true!!

Correct, but MS3 are laying their own fibre optic cables rather than using the existing copper 'KC' network. They will then open this up to other providers, thus forcing Karoo to get into a price/performance war. They need to improve their profile and also try to expand further wide to grab/keep as many customers as they can!!

I found Karoo an expensive rip off tbh! I'm with BT now,unlimited broadband at a fraction of the price!

I agree. I don't like them either but it doesn't stop them being a good sponsor. If they want to pay top dollar for sponsorship because they now have to to raise their profile (they've never had to do this really) then that's up to them and to Hull FC's benefit!!

yep, it will be disspointing if p&o dont renew i could be wrong but think we get the most sponsarship money through our main sponsors then anyone else in the league but i suppose if karoo could better that then its good news

I was paying kc £40 for unlimited broadband and phone even though hardly ever used the phone. Got rid 2 months ago and now use www.nextgenushull.co.uk. Average about 20mb speeds compared to 4mb with Karoo and save £15 per month. Would highly recommend these guys.
