Willie Manu is leaving for "family reasons"

He kind of is leaving for family reasons - he wants his family to have more money.

Really poor airlie night tonight even without the constant need to press "play" again.



I'm disappointed with Manu tbh, he's been here a long time, he knows what the fans think of him and he makes the effort to go on airlie night but still talks complete $hite instead of admitting that he wants more money somewhere else.

Why cant people accept that Manu hasnt gone for money but to play in a team that consistently reaches finals? I mean look at Hull FC, its an absolute fecking disaster zone atm. Every man and his dog seems to want to jump ship, performances are dogcack and our new mega god coach seems to talk a good game then its baba on the pitch which sounds all too familair. Then youve got the owner sounding off about bringing in four more, or is it six, or is it eight new players and what do you all expect this to achieve as it wont achieve success in one or even two seasons which is what Manu has more chance of at Saints under Brown. So stop bagging the bloke and start understanding why hes doing it as hes not gonna say im leaving because FC are consistently garbage and i see nothing that makes me think things are gonna change is he - he's being diplomatic ffs

Why would he want to portray himself as a greedy f*cker to all his fans both at FC and at Saints? I personally think he's gone to Saints because he wants to achieve more as a player, when someone looks back at their career they want to be able to say they have achieved their goals!

I agree with this to a degree, besides if he did go for money then Bomber is talking baba as he claimed that Manu would have been one of the highest players at the club and another club would have to offer an astronomical amount!
