Only 4 days to our upcoming play-off game and I'm surprised that there isn't a thread about it.



There are two or three game related threads on the Giants board but on here we seem to be more bothered about next season's squad when there is (hopefully) a lot of rugby still to be played this season.



How do people rate our chances? It seems that after beating Leeds convincingly the Giants may be finding some form just at the wrong time for us. However that win and our rather lacklustre performance v Cas should help guard against complacency.



What about the likely attendance? 6pm on a Sunday is a cr@p time but will the reduced admission prices help? There was a steady trickle of people buying tickets when I got mine this morning.

I think it is hard to call tbh, we need to shut Broughy down and play our best rugby if we do this we could get the result





I reckon about 10-11K, not the best of times plus it is shown on sky.

Apart from the leeds result (in a dead match),Hudds have been dire for 2 mths,we are in form and are very very good at home.

We have a good record at home but we were not that good on Sunday and will certainly have to play better than we did to get the result imo

While it was a stop start game I don't think at any point did we feel like we weren't going to win this game. The main things was not to over do anything as there wasn't anything riding on the game. we did show at times the good rugby we have seen over the season.



Yes we'll need to raise our game on Sunday but that is expected and I the players will do that.

agreed , I think we will come out firing on all cylinders for sure, if I were crabtree and brough i would be wearing head guards mind lol

On the Huddersfield site the other night, I thought a number of them were confident of a victory over Hull.

I think the crowd will be 10-11K, Hudds don't travel well, and playoff games have had poor crowds for the last few years.



As for the game itself, I'm really looking forward to it, I feel it is too evenly matched teams who are both capable of being a top side on their day. I just hope the game doesn't get spoilt by the Chuckle Brothers (AKA Childs and Ganson)

well im going to say us by 8 pts could be more but i fear the worst from the numpty of a ref

Hudds beating Leeds with 12 men (albeit in a dead rubber) will have taken away any complacency after Hudds poor run of form.
