TBH its another aussie coming over here to collect a pay day before retirement. I don't doubt he may be a role model for our younger players (q: does that mean we don't have any now?) and will give 100% but 100% of the 2010 version of Fitzgibbon will not be a patch on the 2000-2004 version...

very reminescent of the kearney signing,at least let him get his feet on english soil before we start bagging him,could be an important piece of a new phase in the club if coupled with further recruitment/releases for next year...

| Just when I thought things could not get worse.........wtf have we signed yet another backrower for?????????? 
Not doubting the guy is a excellent player and probably role model,but assuming Luaki makes the grade why would we need another back rower?
The recruitment policy at this club is a complete joke.
Having followed the club now for almost 40 years I have seen some inept directors and officials but this current lot are totally clueless.
Will support the team through thick and thin as always but the current decision makers at the club are really testing the patience of fans |
