If a player need mothering for a knock out game at home whilst winning at half time and already playing some decent rugby in the game actually then theres a problem with the individual. |

You don't understand, the responsibility lies with the person in charge. As Pearson has already said: the coach is the most important person at the club.
Rebekah Brooks took responsibility for the News of The World, and Agar should for his teams' dire performances and constant mediocrity. |

The bloke is a clown , he"ll never win anything with any sl team as head coach . His coaching skills and mental toughness are nowhere near what we need . Reckon he"ll be gone by end of season if not before and maybe get someone in as dob like noble is at Halifax . How many chances does he want .

Considering she resigned it's a great example and In that respect she did take responsibility, something which Agar refuses to do.
Somehow this idea of hierarchical responsibility is lost on a lot of Hull fans as they watch Wigan and Warrington - two brilliantly coached teams and fail to see the correlation. |

What a load of drivel you talk....your missing my point....all im saying is the players have to hold there hands up for certain errors that can swing the momentum of a game...yes the coach has to take responsiblity overall but today imo the players blew it........ill leave it there for you try and understand and maybe you can come back with some more little childish cartoony insults. |
