To try and help the club win games this month.
The club had no other choice as we don't have any specialised FB's.
Lyne isn't good enough, and we need Horne and Seymour at halfbacks as the other two aren't good enough at the moment. |

Whilst I agree, you can't have players in either position coming through, we have given game-time to a centre, halfbacks, props and backrow forwards.
We also have a winger and hooker who could come through.
FB seems to be a position we are struggling in at this present time.
Interestingly Luke Briscoe played a lot at FB for the youth teams and could have made his debut this year, instead of sat on the bench for Leeds under 20's. |

Sign him for another month or play Horney there? It's evident that Gentle doesn't think Lyne is up to the job and it wasn't exactly in the plans for McKinnon to go back. I'm not a huge fan of loan spells either, but had Lyne/J.Briscoe/whoever had more 1st team experience in the past couple of years we wouldn't be in this position. |
