Looked a try after Ellis had done exactly what hicks said he could do and propelled the ball forward whilst under possession. I wasn't surprised when it wasn't given though. Not in the slightest.

I don't agree that it was a bad call and I also thought the pass for your 2nd try was forward. Doesn't matter as we won but we did seem to get some poor calls against us last night

Clearest forward pass of the evening. Poor execution on that one.

As a neutral I thought the VR had no choice but to stay with the on-field call. Overall I thought Hull were badly done to on the penalties with some of the interference ones being ridiculous in comparison to the way Wigan mess around at the PTB.



Anyway, the right team won so well done and enjoy the final.

I wasn't a try. From the angles on TV it simply wasn't it was a fraction too short.

It went up as a no try and conclusive proof was needed for it to be given.

I think if ellis had jumped up celebrating and thrown the ball in the air he'd have given it, as it was, ellis got up to play the ball so no surprise thaler didn't give it

So you think the try was disallowed because it was broadcast on the BBC . It wouldn't have made any difference if it was on Sky.



Ellis was miles short of the whitewash .

Ellis had a mike on him and he said on field that he was short and no try. But it's obviously a bent ref and cheating wigan's fault it wasn't given!

i thought the v/r might have given benefit of the doubt to ellis.the ball was definately touching the white wash.
