Raggyrash, all due respect but you're obviously a buffoon. Naughton proved at away at Salford what he can do at fullback and is also a good winger as he has proven. Good utility player to have.

Rawsthorne has now been moved onto the wing.He has the build and height for a wing and he not only has pace but is really fast

I agree he is a bit raw but in my opinion if he stays with the club he will be a first choice wing within three years.

People also said he was a good goal kicker.We saw how good he was at Doncaster.

Lancaster is going backwards and i dont think he will be kept on when his contract finishes and as regards to Naughton he will never be an established first team player with Hull Fc either at full back or wing and maybe its better for him and the club if he moves on.

I still think he will stay as a centre. Apparently there were a few defensive reads he got wrong in the cas friendly so probably moved to the wing to get the game time against higher quality opposition without the loss of confidence from missing tackles

well I have seen young nick play in a few of the friendly's and Noggers I have watched while he has been at the club Noggers is super league ready replacement having quite a few first team games under his belt Nick is a young kid who has played a handful of reserve games I think the two players are at this moment are at totally different times in there development and to be honest you can not make a fair comparison that's why Leigh probably wanted Noggers I hope this is just a loan he is a promising kid Noggers and we have put some time into him

When Noggers sets the league alight playing for Leigh, I will message an apology. Until that point, we'll see who's the buffoon. He's not awful, just surplus to requirement and we've already wasted too much money on him to play in the reserves. Think Wigan or Wire would keep him? It seems all the coaches of the top sides in the league must also be buffoons! lol

How can he have cost us too much when we got him in the first place on a free. What a short memory you have Raggytash. Have you forgot that he was one of the players who stepped in and did a great job on the wing for us at the start of last season when we started poorly and got a hammering at Widnes. Also if you followed what was going on a bit more you'd realise that a couple of the top clubs were interested in him. St Helens being one of them, a few months back. Like I say, buffoon.

Hi Curtis. Some fair points made, but they lose their impact somewhat when you start name calling because someone has a different opinion to you.





On Naughton, I agree with other posters that whilst he's at FC, he'll be a backup player. He's a handy backup wing/fb to have, but I can't see him cementing a starting spot in either position to be honest.

The sooner the season starts and this plyground bickering stops the better!
