Quite possibly. TBH I wasn't that bothered by not having a physical copy - as pointed out, the brochure is available on the web - but more concerned that passholders were being missed out. I did report it to the Pass Hotline folk when I renewed so hopefully they'll be getting feedback and can react accordingly.

Didn't realise there's been delivery issues. Weirdly, I got 2 brochures. One to my address, one to my parents' (where I've not lived for over 10 years). Must be sending them to all the former passholder details on file, not just current.

Me & the lad did not have a pass this year due to finances at the time but we was last year and we both got sent renewal packs (on different days), I ordered new ones for next year on Friday.

4 new passes renewed today, wasn't a fan of radford being give the job by pearson, still not convinced but the last 4 or 5 home games we have seen improvement from the team, hopefully with the new editions to the playiing squad we will kick on
