one thing we have learned is that we can still operate at optimum without Fitz which is good, another thing which is really nice to see is washy playing some neat footie at present and showing us all he is worth keeping...

all starting to fire bit by bit all at the right time ..... absolutely no fear of Leeds at present ...6th place here we come IMO

A loose forward doesn't necessarily play down the middle anyway

was impressed by washy on friday like you say some really nice touches that people dont pick up and like always defensivly very strong and when hes tackling the speed of the attacking player going down is always slowed down and usaully ends up on there backs which is important. washy just lacks that speed and attacking flair which prevents him from been better but i cant see him been here next year if im been honest

I like Washbrook as a backrower but his problem is that he's been made to play out of position way too much.



I'd be happy with a backrow for next season of Manu, Tickle, Westerman with Washbrook on the bench, although I'd like us to sign a new backrower because of injuries etc.

Fantastic signing for the club, just wish he would stop giving needless penalties away and I have noticed this season especially he is missing a few tackles. That though is probably down to not being rotated or rested enough.

Always rated Washy, great to see him playing well.

I woner if Danny will be captain next year should Long and Fitzgibbon leave?



It'd be between him and O'Meley I would think.

I think if Washbrook does stay that will probably be what the pack/bench looks like next year, hopefully the new prop will be someone younger with potential who can learn from O'Meley and Radford.

instead of a new backrower to cover with washy what about bringing up kent or another of the u20s a little more often
