Exactly. If he is going (and possibly already has another job lined up) why not just announce it now.

Might still be negotiations ongoing on a release, or his new job, or with his replacement. There are a number of reasons TBH. Still have a nagging feeling that he'll be here next season though.

Pearson has publicly stated that his biggest regret in his time at Hull City was taking a team that Brian Little had led to playoffs (despite a paperthin squad that hadn't been paid for several months) and completely ripping the dressing room apart with new signings...and then eventually sacking Little himself a few months in when the new squad didn't gel and results were mediocre.



I think that will still be in his mind right now. He won't want to make too many changes too soon.



I still have the feeling that Agar will be gone before next season though.



I hope if we lose to Catalan on Friday the fans really step up the 'Agar Out' movement and nudge him further to the exit door.

i have too..but im just hoping its my wont believe anything till i see it with my own eyes attitude..someone did say to me that we would bring 2/3 top signings in but keep the coach..but we'll see eh.

I must admit, i wasn't fully aware of the increased level of ill feeling towards Agar from the fans, especially the fact that fans are actively staying away from the KC. Rest assured, however, Adam Pearson will be fully aware of the situation, and if he feels the fans are being short-changed, he'll make moves to combat it.



The only thing you have to hope is the replacement is of Peter Taylor/Phil Brown standard, not Jan Molby/Phil Parkinson.
