You could even do that in Rugby League 2....

Just little things like the player only passing from within the tackle occasionally, 40/20 not being easy, flat passes, deep passes etc that all work.

One little bugbear I have is the ease with which the computer intercepts when you are passing, but once you get into you learn when and when not to throw the ball out wide and when to chip forward. Also it is easy to get a repeat set of six with a simple quick grubber at their player and you pick it back up 99% of the time with another set of 6.



Still a major improvement on Rugby League Live and if they continue to produce the game the future versions will get better.

What I like most is how you can sign players in the career mode! I've pre ordered mine, now just waiting for football manager which is out tomorrow

Every pass is a no look pass! The players still hardly shape to pass the ball, it just seems to fly away from them whilst they carry on running.

Can only sign after a full season though.

Just got it today. Anyone know how to change the match length and difficulty during career mode?

I've had it less than a week and I'm bored of it... Bought COD MW3 to play instead.

It's difficult to replicate rugby league gameplay on a console. I'd much rather see someone bring out rugby league manager game.
