Well, the facts don't lie. 11th in 2008, 12th in 2009 and now knocked out in the first round of the challenge cup 2 years running to sides below us in the league.
We have a squad capable, but not a coach to match.

He cannot use injuries as an excuse any more. Yes we have players out but if a coach cannot pick his form players then there really is no hope.
Any coach worth his salt would have looked at the leeds game and saw Moa had a cracking game, and Dowes was awful at best with missed tackles and little go forward. Yet our coach persisted in playing Cusack/Dowes/Radford and drops one of the better players the week before not only from the starting 13 but from the 17.
