| Quote bonaire="bonaire"agree with you
Last week in his post match interview he defended the decision not to include Rankin in the squad as it would have been a waste of a bench interchange
I would bet this week we see Rankin on the bench'"
He'll only include rankin because dropping him was unpopular amongst the fans. No more thought will go into it and we'll have him, cunningham and 2 forwards on the bench and the interchanges will be a shambles again

| Yeaman = jobs for the boys.
He actually passed the ball a few times against Huddersfield. Made no attempt to draw the opposition defender before putting his winger away like - just passed the ball...

Yes the same kid who showed lots of enthusiasm . Young and ready for it but with another club it seems - while the likes of Yeaman carry on until they are 40 cos the have not got a brain to do anything with their lives after Rugby

Maybe, but it's always a little easier to slag off, when that's the general consensus, rather than trying to keep paddling when the canoes taking in a e load of water.
Just saying.

...or maybe Sneyd's hamstring isn't right yet, but that couldn't possibly be a reason.

If all the Salford squad announced on Twitter their fitness levels, I'm sure Harris would simply say "Thanks for that, it saves me naming the team. I'm sure Hull won't be in the least bit interested."

You're comparing apples with oranges. If Ellis was/is fit, he plays no question, so it shows your hand. Salford have just made a big song and dance about all their injuries, if the players started to contradict that it would make them look foolish in the extreme.
Naughton, a relative fringe player, has been left out of the squad and people have asked if he injured (partly because according to some it was said on radio that he was). He's confirmed that he is not. That's all. Just 'I'm not injured' and a thumbs up. Not a dummy spit, no further elaboration about why he's not playing or that he doesn't understand or anything, just 'I'm not injured '.
Context has to be taken into account, just because it [imay[/i add a bit of fuel some people's criticisms of Radford does not make it Naughton's fault or mean that it is inherently unprofessional behaviour.

But you forget that every statement made on here has more than one meaning, so that everyone can put their own take on it.

Anyway, I have no problems with players commenting on long term injuries, but not 2 days before a game.
