I personally feel that if standing areas where to be introduced to the KC, then it will make an impact to the atmosphere within the stadium. If for instance the SMC went along with a proposed idea to create standing areas; I'd like to see something along these lines:







I know it won't be to everyone's liking and I'll probably get a fair number of critics, however a similar sort of thing is done at saints' new ground and I think something similar could work well. Then again, I'm always coming up with stupid ideas that only I can make sense of





As for the songs sung, I think we really do need to up the ante and show the rest of the league just how passionate us Hull fans can be! The atmosphere is awful of late, people are scared to sing and shout and support their team! Songs give the crowd a massive boost and raises the morale of the boys on the pitch. It's a win win situation!

Well you can see it was written today, you're not that dim. Actually the football was finished well before I walked into the KC to support the team.



Yes I would like us to be more creative, the Wigan fans were excellent yesterday and had a variety of songs.

If Hock played on sunday in front of the Threepenny they would have ripped into him for 80 minutes about his addictions. Not so much as a mumble from the KC

Salford away last season was the best game for new songs, there was a Tom Briscoe one that we were singing for ages but apart from a few people around us people just turned round and looked at us like we were idiots.

Again, you can't say "the atmosphere was good at a final so why not at a league game". They're totally different. Everyone is up for it. Regardless of where you were sat, you wanted to sing and shout. Compare that to a league game against Widnes for example. The people that want to sing may be spread out everywhere, and thus not much gets off the ground. At terraced grounds, these people all stand together and things take off.



Even when we were on our great run in 2006, we barely had much going.



Being all-seater doesn't mean there can't be a good atmosphere. But it does prevent it from happening more often than it could.

Wigan are hardly in a position to chant about fans leaving early but it didn't stop them!!

The atmosphere was hardly rocking pre-2007 to be fair.
