| This is a little bit ridiculous!! I sympathise that the pass has been lost. and, having met karl, i don't believe that he would lie about losing it. But how are the club supposed to believe it????
People could try this on all the time, buy a pass a discount price and sell it cheap to someone and claim a new pass!!... IT CANNOT BE TRACED!!!!
As it says in the T&Cs... insure your pass, it WILL NOT be replaced if lost or stolen!!!
Sorry, but if i don't pay for contents insurance and i get robbed, then i lose my belongings....SIMPLES..!!
Cruel but true!!

| Quote The Brother="The Brother"ive just had the house upside down cant find it, will they replace it for me????'"
Hi Pete wonder if you could be so kind to take this up for me through fc voices regards my lost season pass, the day of the derby i realised i couldn't find my season pass as i have moved home since the last game against the catalans which i used it i had the house upside looking for it but to no avail. So the morning of the derby i went to the kc at 9am to the ticket office and told them i had lost my pass and was told i had to take this up with hull fc so i went along to the reception and informed them as to what had happened but was told that unless i had the pass and it had been through the washer the only way i could replace it was to purchase a new pass, to which i replied not a chance when there is only 4 games left so i left in anger and was furious. On my arrival home i then decided to ring the club and was put through to Tony Sutton and was told i wasnt able to gain entry to the east stand on the gate and that they couldnt allocate a ticket for my seat on health and saftey reason to which i understood was offered a west stand ticket which i had to pay for but declined as i wanted to sit with my friends all 20 of us in east stand reserved seats we have, i asked tony if he could get me 1 ticket for east stand so i could gain entry and then take my seat this was at 10am, was told was see what he could do and would i call back in a hour which i duly did but was told at this time was unable to get 1 could i call back again, so in the end i then again went back to the kc around 12.45 and went to the ticket office to see if there was any seats left in the east stand to my suprise thetre was a few scattered around so duly bought an east ticket for the game at £25 and Tony had said if i found my pass they would reimburse with my money,i had an appoitment at hull royal infamiry at 3pm that day as my niece had broken her elbow and had to take her to get it re-xrayed and a new pot on, so my phone was turned off at 4.55 pm i turned my phone on when leaving and there was a voicemail left at 4.15 to say there was a ticket left at the west stand for me to pay £25 on collection which was a bit late in the day to notify me that there was a ticket and also the fact i had been the ticket office earlier in the day and when i asked them they said no one from hull fc had contacted at the point in the day regards a east stand ticket, the whole episode has left a very bad taste in my mouth having been a passholder for many years, following the club home and away, buying plenty of merchandise from the club shop, attending many dinner functions and only the week leading up to the derby when i won the ball in the raffle i asked that the ball be given to the roy waudby foundation so they could raise money from it at a dinner to be held in the future, so i am now at the situation as to where im having to decide whether i attend anymore home games again this seasonas a matter of principle as i have already paid for 1 season pass and refuse to pay for another with only 3 games left but also im not willing to pay £25 on the gate for each match, would gladly have paid a nominal fee to replace the pass and also they could check to see whether any of the stubbs have been used been no on from the club has been back to me at present, sorry its so long but would be most grateful if you could bring this up at your next meeting
Many thanks
Karl

Also, wasn't there a few threads earlier in the season about people that had ripped out the wrong match tickets (I think HKR was mentioned as one) the club spotted that it had happened and contacted the passholder? They must check and be able to check the stubbs. How you have been treated is dire, they can check how long you have had a pass. Nonesense this is.

| £25 a game? Have ticket prices gone up or just rounding up? As for them being untraceable, they have a book number on each ticket so if a pass is lost a simple directive for turnstile ops to look for that book number would hardly be a hard job and they would soon know if the pass has been used.
If the pass has not been used for the Rovers game then a comp ticket for the Wigan game could easily be issued, so on and so forth.
The book number should be flagged on the computer as well so if someone goes to do a ticket exchange it would pop up as well. It isn't rocket science at the end of the day and when it is from a loyal supporter it stinks just that little bit more.

But what if a few fans have lost season tickets (not unfathomable with nearly 10,000 of them). Would you be happy to wait for the turnstyle operator to check your voucher against a list?
I feel sorry for The Brother but ATEOTD it's a responsibility to look after the season pass.
Without barcoded vouchers I don't really see what the club can do.

| what you need is a nice credit card type pass that they can replace immediatley if necessary, in all seriousness though it seems very harsh that they can't or wont replace your pass especially as it is for a specific seat and they will presumably have all your details on file.
