The game isn't played on paper and if you want a reality check, Hull are an ordinary / average side, not a poor one.
I appreciate, as a knee jerker, you will find it difficult to comprehend that. |

In the past 28 years I have watched us win plenty of matches we had no chances of winning "on paper".
We are not a "poor" side. We finished 6th in the regular season and are through to the second stage of the play-offs.
Schofield is blinded by his hatred of all things Hull FC. There are plenty of respected RL journalists and commentators out there without needing to listen to his bile. |

End of the day, we played a strong Catalan outfit with our kids in a way last week in very poor conditions.
Stood up to there pack well in the process. Yes Huddersfield have a bigger pack, side and finished Top of league.
But this is knock out rugby now, and this season shows where good at it.
Yes paper says there better all round, but as people said the game isn't played on paper. I've got a gut feeling we could beat them in all honesty.
