As others have said a mess. Seems that the employment of Messrs Ben Cooper and to a slightly lesser extent Sean Long were probably two of the worst decisions made by the club in living memory. Rule has made a terrible misjudgement in this probably as a result of sheer panic but possibly being guided by someone else. I doubt we'll ever know the real truth.

Well, quite. Given most believed he couldn't go to the toilet without asking for her permission, it's inconceivable that she wasn't in on it, surely?

If the Rfls version of events were different to Gleesons wouldn't the rfl take him to court? There pretty big allegations.

The League Express didn't run Gleeson's story because he wanted paying.

If found guilty her fine should be at least the profit she made from the sale of the club.

Hull FC have appointed former Huddersfield Giants and Leigh Centurions player Ben Cooper as the new fitness and strength conditioner. Cooper comes in to replace Paul Hatton and he arrives at the KC with a tremendous reputation. After hanging up his playing boots in 2006 to concentrate on his coaching career, Cooper has been the driving force behind Huddersfield Giants' high fitness and strength levels. He has worked in all grades from Scholarship to first team and he has earned tremendous respect and a growing reputation. He is well known to Hull's new Football Operations Manager Jon Sharp who was Head Coach at the Giants and consequently worked extremely closely with Cooper. Head Coach Richard Agar said: "I believe Ben can take us to another level. Ben has done a terrific job in his current position. "Just look at the state of the Huddersfield squad over the last couple of years - they have been a very well conditioned squad. Also, if the RFL were complicit as MG claims, they're not in a position to start disciplining anybody. Thankfully, from a Hull FC POV.

The Wail loves negative RL stories, Gleeson has an axe to grind so is grinding it with ferver, and the RFL are covering up for the fact that most of the players at most of the clubs are probably taking something, either inadvertently or deliberately.



The RFL have been covering up drug use in the sport for years (recreational and performance ehnancing), this isn't news, it's gossip in a poor rag.

As the head of the company she's more responsible than anyone still at the club, I have no idea if she could fined tbh I just find it disgraceful she can walk away from this quite wealthy.

Co-incidence that when he left Huddersfield went on to cement themselves in the top six and challenging the top clubs.

What is fairly certain, if the people in the article at the RFL were aware of what was going on, so did their immiediate superiors, it is inconcievable they would not have been told
