Its a double edged sword, you have a strong flank, so want to attack down that side, but on the flip side, the defence know where to concentrate their focus because its easier to defend something when you know where its going to start from!



If you split the attention of the defence, so they dont know whether its left or right, it become harder to defend.



Surely thats logical?



If its not - then i wont persist.

Maybe next season we should have a camouflage kit so the opposition wont know where any of our players are coming from at all??



Moving the ball left or right isnt the answer to making the opposition think its the use of dummy/angled runners and having options either side of the ball carrier. If we go left the oppositions defence go left, if we go right so does the defence as just about all teams adopt a sliding defence.

I know I have a cunning plan lets get them to put their boots on the wrong feet then the opposition wont know which is left or right.
