Well, well. After being very happy at Mr. Sandercock getting a contract renewal we see how the coaches of Hull And Rovers are developing their teams.



Having been terribly criticised by our own fans and ridiculed by the Hull fans Mr. Sandercock is level on points with Mr. Gentle (and but for a terrible video ref decision would be in front). One of these two coaches works to the full cap. One has top notch facilities, one has a club in a very difficult financial state, one had the money to get one of the most coveted forwards in world rugby and is able to pursue any player he wishes. The other coach appears to get the very best out of his players and has had to 'make do and mend' with his recruitment, relying on players from the NRL to take pay cuts to come and play for him. One of the coaches managed to be part of a coaching team that coached the Australian national team to 2nd place in most of the competitions they entered (some achievement).



One of them is arrogant (in reference to Rovers) 'they bring the worst out of us and we bring the best out of them' was stated after being out played for the third time in a derby this year.



What a win today. The Rovers fans should rally behind Sandercock who is growing into his job.

Ah but Tbf our coach isn't spouting drivel week in week out about our team making ur team out sumet they're not let's be frank here can I call u frank uve bin piddle since that wire win and gentle knows it

Certainly a better tactician and gets rovers playing better rugby, gentle seems to have hull defending well but then they've always been half decent in that department.

The problem with gentle is he is too cocky his interview after the cas match said it all yer if wed have bin playing a better side wed have defended better what the f..k, I think sandercock has matured into the better coach

Yea at first sandercock came across as a dog shi***ng razor blades in his interviews and has certainly matured in time within that department.

Your chairman said you were 70k under , we have just added miller to the cap so we must have been under the cap by at least his wage .. Not rocket science
