You realise the whole thread is about Thaler missing a decision against Rovers and that nobody yet has blamed Thaler at all, right?

I wasn't too far from the incident and felt that Briscoe knocked on. Was relieved he didn't give it but left me and more then a few overs quite baffled.

nearly as baffled as when their player made that break and was allowed to play on when he was clearly tackled, just seen it on boots n all the tries. its comical. he's about 4 yards away (10/10 mr thaler for keeping up with play) but to say play on is a joke, scott murrell went to marker and they had a player waiting for the ptb. then people wonder why some of think its personal with him and rovers.

Was that the one where Joel Tompkins is clearly tackled by Briscoe and Thaler lets play go on even though we got penalised for moving off the mark in the first half?

Briscoe brought Tompkins down but he certainly doesn't look to be held. Tompkins was entitled to get up and play on and the fact the only complaints about it came from the crowd kinda says it all.



I'd be more worried about the terrible marker defence at the next play.

Someone need glasses but it isnt me as Briscoe is still in contact with Tomplins when he is flat on his face with both arms on the ground.

Go and have a look at the rules..............That means he is tackled.
