Like I said on your board if the usual situationis 'gobbing off then just paying the fine' then the usual responce it what AP will get and the status quo won't change.

NH and AP sat together gives the RFL something out of the usual to deal with and you could probably throw Koucash in there as well. The RFL couldn't just pretend it didn't happen no matter how much they would want to.

I hope he gets his chance to put his argument but knowing the RFL it will be sewn up before he gets through the door. I just dont get how they operate ? every meeting & discaplinary sould be open to public scrutiny & every interested party should be able to voice thier concerns without risking censure the only restrictions should be the confines of British law with regards to slander or libel. Only comercial sensative items should be kept out of the public domain.

Much as I want him to succeed, I do think he's in a no win situation. They have no respect for anyone else's opinion and despite the fact that everyone knows that Neil is correct, the RFL will dismiss him out of hand and, knowing them, will probably increase the size of the fine. They should change their name to the Star Chamber (students of history will know what I mean).
