No, but I did phone a couple of weeks ago and they said they would take longer to do than usual because they have to have barcodes for Widnes's ticketing system

Will have them either just before or just after Christmas - that's what the lady said in the shop a few weeks ago as she said they had gone off to be bar coded.

I'm guessing this means we have no choice about where we sit? I was told that the current main stand seating plan would just be transferred onto the Widnes seating plan and we'd get a similar seat. However, we've now got 3 seats instead of 2 so how will that work? Somehow I don't think it will. Hopefully they'll put more thought into the allocation of seats than they did for the new stadium (i.e. absolutely none).

I'd be prepared to wager a good few quid that no thought will go into this either. It shouldn't actually be that difficult but Saints do make the simplest of tasks look like rocket science.



My guess is that you will get there on the opening night and your seat will be double booked.

Sorry for my ignorance, but I'm thinking of getting a season ticket for next year. I've never had one before and I'm not sure what you guys are talking about.



If I phone up for one for next season, are they just going to ask me where abouts I want to sit and that be it, or is it more complicated?

I got a season ticket for the first time this time too, just to secure a spot at Widnes really.



You won't be allocated a seat number at the time you arrange your season ticket. But if you want to be in an allocated seating area then the staff will provide you with the appropriate form to complete. You will then have a seat on one side at Widnes.



My season ticket was purchased before the deals ended and so I have a guaranteed seat behind the sticks at Widnes and a guaranteed spot behind the sticks at the new stadium, should I choose to renew my season ticket (I only got a year's deal). I don't know what the case will be for you as the deals ended in September I think.



I was told when I purchased my season ticket that an actual book of tickets would be available at some point, hopefully before Christmas, to collect from the town centre shop.

ETA: just noticed on the Saints website that the season ticket deal has been extended to 1 January so you'll be able to guarantee your spot at the new stadium as well as at Widnes.

Don't know if anyone has posted but our season ticket sales for 2011 have already surpassed 2010's. Great result for the club.

That is great news if that's the case, we need as many as we can to go to Widnes next year. Looks like the ST deals have paid off.

As for the season tickets, I look forward to seeing how accurately my seat corresponds with the one for the new stadium!
