Not unless there is a rare celestial event whereby we don`t get a full moon between the back end of March and July

I just had a quick look at Harlequin's home fixtures (at present)- mainly Saturdays, a few Sundays, one Monday (Easter) and one Friday (us).



I have no idea why. Maybe tit for tat (very shortsighted businesswise if correct). There has to be another event on either at Twickenham or in the area on Sat.



This is a real shame because it would have been good to have a summer weekend in London wrapped around a game of rugby. Whilst I could probably manage to get there in time, my wife would have to use up holiday to get away and that is a bit excessive. Although we do it for the Catalans game so maybe...

When they are a home game on Sky it tends to be the Saturday anyway

I've been to Quins/London every year for about 8 on the trot now. I won't be going this year if it stays on the Friday night, as I don't intend on paying for a hotel room and I don't want to be getting home at daft o'clock on Saturday morning. Nor am I taking the Friday off work in order to travel down there.



If they move it to a weekend afternoon, I'll go.

I have posted on the Quins board about this and some of the respondents don't seem to give a $hit about the away fans. Ive been every year (on occasion twice in some years including the aborted attempt last feb) but I am so fed up about it I am not sure I will be going again. Until I calm down anyway.

I think Quins want to try a Friday night game and bad luck for you they have picked the Bulls game. Still I use up a lot of holiday going to al the Friday night games we have up North. Motorways including the M25 aren't to bad easrly Sat morning!

Why don't they try it for someone who would not bring any fans? There is two teams that srping to mind...

Huddersfield clearly being one, so did you mean Crusaders or Catalans along with them?

They should have tried it with Hull KR, since as all the world knows they always take 327,000 to any away game regardless...

Ok for me - living in Bicester now so easy trip for me and get home in decent time. But still hoping to get to Saints opener this year as well
