Wait till the sun goes down.

When I was working I was paid on the 20th of each calendar month. If that date fell on a Sat or Sun, it was in the bank on the Friday, but sometimes it arrived a day later ie 21st of the month.

I never made a fuss about it and as the company I worked for was a large multinational, you wouldn't think this could happen, but it did. Under those circumstances I cant see what the fuss is about?

If it was past the normal pay date which falls on a weekday, perhaps then is the time to question the paymasters.

Bateman just tweeted "What a joke eh #lieslieslies"



One would hope that he's not talking about the pay issue again. If he is, the lad really is incredibly thick and never learns. Twitter is not the place to vent about your employer.



Also if it is that, it does suggest they haven't yet been paid. If that's the case, the club now are looking like a bit of a shambles too.

It's certainly not the way you want things to get into the public domain.



One could come to all sorts of conclusions.

Whitehead has also been mouthing about it again. Both claim they're not talking about Bulls, but it's obvious from Whitehead's replies to one or two people that it's exactly what he's talking about.



Young lads and social media eh? Good job Bateman is doing a job where he would be in high demand, so he doesn't have to worry about being sacked. If someone in a regular job kept doing that, they would find themselves with no wage any more.

The club will be overjoyed by this episode.

Sounds to me like Bateman agitating for a move? However, someone from the club ought to be putting an end to this nonsense. Surely this does not help our recruitment plans. Who is going to come if there is continued speculation about our ability to pay wages.

Plus, the reports said the players would be paid Monday or Tuesday. Last time I checked, it was still Tuesday.

Right and watch them all get paid tomorrow on the last day of the month and they will look a right set of tools,



fair enough if it was an "admin error" but if that was the case and not paid until friday then BACS transfer will take 3 working days so i would suspect payday tomorrow 31st July

i think we should look past the stirring being done by Whitehead, and Batemans youthful tweeting rather than speaking to the club.



The real issue is that our players and staff should have been paid Friday. It is now the back end of Tuesday and it has not happened. The real moans and questions should be directed at the club, as this is worrying for all those involved, and I bet i'm not the only one fearing yet another administration.



I appreciate OK set out to try and improve communication with fans, but the silence is deafening, particulalrly as he apparently assured Robbie on Friday that the money was there ready to go on Friday so will be out on monday, that became start of the week, and now nothing..

Players need lessons in Media. Players need to start being punished for complaining about their club. Bateman is a talent but by god he is brain dead! Players need to realise they need to talk to the powers that be, before spouting everything off on social media! It puts the club in a bad light, and the fact Whitehead keeps chirping up just makes me hate him a lot more, as it is no longer his business to get involved with Bulls affairs.
