| It would appear that Stosic may leave wakey because he cannot get a macedonian passport.
Is this such a bad thing?
It looks like Wakey have as many as 10 players who were not trained in our federation (Tronc/Latu/Korki/Millard/Morrison/Jeffries / Demitriou / Obst / Blanch / Henderson - maybe some of these have moved on?) Whatever the rules that seems a lot and stosic would make it 11(?) A long established SL club in a RL heartland should not be in double figures in this way.
How many other clubs have 10+ players not trained by our federation in their 2010 SL squad?

That is a key point. Did the players come from regular NRL rugby / could they go back to it? If there are too many 'journeymen' in SL we have a problem.

He's right though. You love anything thats bad when it comes to the Wildcats, I really don't understand your deep rooted hatred towards our club. They say hate is a stronger emotion than love......

I don't disagree with that. However as a club, until we move in to a better stadium with better facilities we will find it hard to attract enough quality english players in order to remain competitive in the league, therefore we have to use better than averge overseas players such as Latu, Obst and Korkidas in our squad. In Morrison, Blanch, Tronc and Millard I believe we have genuine quality and these are the type of players who can help assist our championship winning academy players in making the step up to super league and full time rugby league. Jeffries and Henderson are your average run of the mill players (though on his day BJ can be quality, just not consistent enough) who could be replaced by the likes of Southernwood/Wildie and Trout/Cowling who are making the step up (Southernwood will be in his second year of full time training), this would leave us with a further two spots available for players from our academy but are there any others ready to step up to the mark?? We signed 6/7 from our academy for this season so it is a step in the right direction but the key is developing these young men and then retaining their services and keeping the production line going.

You have been in SL a decade or so. The idea that your ground means you have to have 10(+) 'overseas' players while being a heartland club does not stack up.

| 10 overseas players is a complete joke, and should be the final nail in Wakefield's Super League coffin. If it was 10 quality players then fine, but Ian Henderson & co? oh dear
The Stosic issue is a monumental cock up by Wakefield, and the 2nd in the space of 2 weeks who's running them? They should be taken to court over breaking his contract for no reason, there's grounds for legal action if ever I saw one.

Can you prove that is the case? From what I hear it's Stosic that is at fault in this situation.
