About 13k sold?



Pretty poor effort, there's got to be a simple solution for playoff and Challenge Cup games getting poor crowds, it can't just be coincidence that it's the non ST games that struggle.

And Wigan are the best supported team, can you imagine the threads if Huddersfield had made it to this stage...



But honestly, I don't know what you expected.



The atmosphere will still be awesome though

Actually when you look at that properly they've sold 15040 tickets.

Because absolutely nobody will be paying on the night

I think that another 5000 tickets isn't out of the question and I don't think anyone would grumble at a 20k+ crowd. Even 3k more would be a decent crowd.



Are playoff games a shared gate? Was wondering if that's why the advertising of the game isn't all over the place, less in it for Wigan.

All monies got to RFL for distribution based on finishing position (Winner/Run.Up/Semi Fin etc......)



Understandable that Wiganers don't want to contribute to the pot that's going to the 'Wire Players Wives Backhanders' fund when we win it!

you need to ignore the North Stand numbers as they are unavailable to Wigan fans. At the moment it looks like Wigan have sold just under 10,000. Add in what Leeds bring and those who will pay on the gate.



I'd guess about 12,500 - 13,000 will be there tonight.

Anything over 13k would be a good crowd imo

I go for between 16-18k tonight with plenty paying on the gate.



Respectable enough and a real good atmosphere.

We've sold 1700 so far which is more than we took to Warrington for this stage last season.
