| don't know about anyone else but I enjoyed that.
hull's defence was spot on and leeds tried everything but hull withstood everything.
it could have been worse for leeds had yeaman not been so greedy.
leeds are missing peacock terribly, he is the one who pulls up his socks, rolls up his sleeves and gets his mates going, without him they look lost.
fair play to hull though they looked impressive and if they keep this form up could be dark horses come play off time.
just a mention to brian carney as well, when eddie was doing his usual fawning over leeds saying what a great effort it was and how they deserve praise, carney interrupted him and more or less said hull dominated them in every part of the game and leeds were battered tonight.
I have to agree with carney, leeds were poor and looked out of their depth, would any other team be praised for playing so poorly?

| I was really impressed with Holdsworth, considering he has been out for a lengthy spell he really does dictate how Hull attack. Lineham has international winger written all over him such a great talent. Judging by tonights game and on current form Sinfield should be nowhere near the England squad.

| sinfield was shown up again tonight by holdsworth, who kicked leeds to death at times, shame about his goalkicking!
it is worrying now that the England captain seems to be totally clueless and outclassed in many games against supposed lesser players.

| It's amazing to think Leeds could've still won that game had Vickery showed more backbone just before HT. Hull should've won by a lot more and Leeds really didn't have a chance once Watkins and McGuire went off (their seasons look over as well), and with Peacock, Ablett, Ward and BJB out for a good few weeks its going to be very difficult for Leeds to remain in top 4 contention. I just hope for England's sake Watkins's injury isn't a season ender.
To be fair Sinfield had a pretty decent game I thought, and was much improved on recent weeks.

| It's a real shame about Watkins. The lad just doesn't seem to be able to put a run of games together, or at least thats how it seems as I must confess I don't really pay much attention to Leeds throughout the season.

He's been OK with injuries up until now these past 12 months or so.

That's good then I was under the impression he was a bit injury prone but now I don't have Sky my knowledge of some of the other sides isn't as good as it was.
Speedy recovery to all injured in tonights game, as there were a few on both sides.

| Sinfield just looks so slow in his distribution and decision making at the moment. There was debate about McIlorums tackle on him last week but he got hit with another similar one tonight (although it didn't shake him like that one) in the first half and it's all down to how long it's taking him to distribute the ball. He's like a sitting duck and because of his reputation as Leeds kingpin he'll be targetted.
It's a worry for England, I still can't believe we've made him captain of a side he should be far from certain of getting in to.

| I thought both Holdsworth and Sinfield played pretty well.
I also don't think Hull dominated as much as Carney did. They were on top no doubt but couldn't find a killer blow, and I thought Leeds did pretty well to stay in with a shout.
Deserved win for Hull.

| agree about hull slightly, they seemed to lack a cutting edge at times, despite being dominant for the most part.
I think though the scoreline flattered leeds as I just don't think they were ever in the game, but yet still were never more than 18 points adrift, and had they managed to get some momentum and not disrupted with injuries, could have been very interesting.
that's the beauty of RL I guess.

| Sinfield should be nowhere near the England team at the moment, apart from goalkicking he's offering nothing to the game.
We were good tonight I thought, our defence was excellent first half, and we played 60 minutes without Green and then the last 20 odd without O'Meley.

| first half fc were pretty dominant in all areas, second half, both teams defence outshone attack, why people are being so negative towards hull not scoring more is a bit mystifying when both teams should be credited with great defence!
