If the RFL get involved I reckon the dreaded name change will come to the fore.

Perhaps if we call ourselves Salford Bulls the RFL will help us.

Can the RLF afford to help Salford out ? Where would to cash come from ?

This now gives the RFL the opportunity to slim down SuperLeague. Temporary licence until the next franchise and then Bradford & Salford refused licence due to financial mismanagement. Slims down SL, whilst keeping even number of teams for the fixture list.

Define "Financial Mismanagement". Administration events are already covered in Licensing, but if a club doesn't go into administration how to you classify them as financially mismanaged?

You would surely have to add salary cap breaking under the same heading.



Plus you would have to add wakey to that as well.

They should do imo.



Will be picking away games this year, but will be bringing the family to Salford and making sure I buy a programme, few drinks etc.

As Sale isn't a City I'd say that's pretty much a none started.

I'm not sure how much, if anything, we get from drinks sales to be honest.
