Today at Dewsbury I was disgusted with some of our directors D.B.S.O and A.M if we want to be a respected club then the directors need to behave in a manner worthy of our club

I have never witnessed a board member on the field mouthing off as D.B was then S.O. And A.M giving verbal in the stands

What example does this give our players

I think it's time these directors realise how much damage they are doing to our club behaving in such a manner

My impression of a director is some one who acts dresses and shows respect to others not like some who has lost the plot

Come on directors sort it out please

Whats happened here? Leigh are performing on the field, the last thing you need is you board playing up and upsetting the team.

Have they done any damage yet? I haven't heard of any. Passion for your club is a very admirable trait. When they start fighting and throwing stuff on the pitch then have a go. Oh and singing that flute tripe.

Well if they were getting the abuse we got first half they may have said something back and I don't blame them TBH

We had to move and if they heard what we did from the Dewsbury old ladies etc , as they hoped a player died I wouldn't blame them for saying something.

I always look forward to your positive even handed posts, I even read through a number of them to get a real dose of positivity before bed time.

I think people forget that our BoD's are all passionate Leigh Centurions supporters first and foremost. It is that love for the club that has seen them invest their own hard earned cash into the club. The fans haven't had in so good for many years as a product on the pitch. When the team wins they are as happy as any fan!



Too many people are looking for problems where they don't exist! I suppose that's because on the pitch there is little for anyone to moan about!



Leigh are top of the league. Unbeaten in 13 matches so far this season. Enjoy the ride everyone

Just look at who the OP is. 49 posts in 3 1/2 years and every one of them has been an attempt at stirring. Ignore them

Well I was sat there with them and as far as im concerned the only thing I can say is maybe swearing isn't the way forward, BUT, having said that the Dewsbury fans were lucky they did not get more than just the "tit for tat" verbals.



Their fans from the kick off were goading, abusing, threatening and getting right into the grill of myself, my friends and all the Leigh Directors, they deserved everything they got.

Really? You slag off the opposition fans for mouthing off but when some gets thrown back at them it is OK?

They were probably annoyed at the blatant Dewsbury game plan which consisted of nailing Brierley at every possible opportunity. Still, he had the last laugh when he recovered from the nasty shot that got Haggerty red carded and scored 2 fantastic tries in the 2nd half. He might not be very big but he's a tough lad is Kes

Well that's it then. The next time we go we surround the dugouts and defend ours. One in all in. I quite enjoy Derek's out bursts and find that most clubs directors have vocal ones amongst them. I'm always wary of quiet people anyway.

Simon Moran is an incredibly successful businessman and has turned Warrington into a successful and profitable club after years of debt and mismanagement. However he still loves going in the south stand and getting drunk in Lloret de Mar with the rest of us! Nobody would question his capacity to run a club.
