Our designated block for reserved seating is West Stand Upper Tier Block 16 (book through the Giants) but the East Stand Lower is all unreserved seating this year and you can book this either through your own club or through RFL ticketing.

We are going in the East Stand Upper (in the sun hopefully). Take your thermals as even in the relativley nice weather we had last year it was perishing later in the day/early evening.

To be honest I really cannot remember how strict the stewards were in insisting you stick to the area you had tickets for - I think the upper tier ticket holders could 'slum' it in the lower tier as the matches changed but not the other way around.

I sat where I wanted both days last year - in with the Giants lot, in the sun - I had a ticket for one of the ends and only went in there once.

We sat with Giants supporters for our game then watched the remaining games from the other side. TBH I can't really understand why they bother with all this allocated, unreserved, upper, lower lark as it is hardly filled to bursting for each game and the difference in the reserved/unreserved prices are negligible.

Ground safety regs, everyone has to have a designated seat, stewarding last year was pretty sensible though and you could move around the ground as you wanted.

That might be an option now. The Heineken Cup union red button games have had an option to record this year. We'll have to badger them nearer about that nearer the time, because I'll want to record it as well.

You don't have to stay in edinburgh as the trains are really good up here to edinburgh haymarket and waverly and run till midnight.

Super giants tonight couldn't watch it though as I've been to the hearts hibs game and stayed round Edinburgh and had to watch the ra ra nal or Newcastle on tv. They're not very well educated up here!!!!!!
