Definately, Joels try was spectacular on Saturday but he scored a similar one last year from 2nd Row. Thats his strongest position and IMO we need to bring in a proper centre to bring out the best in JT.



I just guess it all depends on who's available though because Joel is better at centre than any of the centres available in Super League so I guess we'd have to look to the NRL, dont know whos available from there?

everybody is available for the right amount of coin , so he isnt better than anybody who is available

Hoff has been my favourite player this year.

As I understand it you have a new centre already signed and sealed for next season and to think Rogues has a go about the age of Warrington's signings!

Can't disagree with anything said about the Hoff and he will be truly missed but lets not forget that was Hocks best position too and he had some pretty good games before his ban, after a good pre season i think we'll see a bit of the old Hock back, i was gutted he was left out of the final.

The Hoff has been excellent and it's been a pleasure to watch an Aussie come over and put in those sort of performances from the start whilst never promising anything about how long he would be here. He signed a one year deal and will stay one year. He didn't sign a 3 year deal and start making excuses part way through.



As for a replacement it should be Joel Tomkins with a new centre coming in. He is doing a decent fill in job but he's obviously a natural second row and he's our only back rower capable of making those pacey surges that Hoffman can.
