Who could you bare to let go? Quite frankly even though I think Atkins, Watkins are probably better centres, I wouldn't be able to let go of Goulding given his current form and what he has brought to the team this year.



Preccy is another, fully fit and in full stride there aren't many (if any) that run it in harder and more committed than him. Seen him put a fair few big men on their backside returning kick off's over the last few seasons!

Add Jeff Lima to that list, he's been superb all this season, making more metres than any other prop.

Another example of what I meant would be... How many times do you see Harrison Hansen mentioned for "the Dream Team" or see his name in a BBC match review title? You don't but that guy nails his colours to the mast every week and bleeds Cherry & White. So neutrals, other fans, name a better second rower than Hansen? You will no doubt name a few! But find a Wigan fan who would swap HH for anyone? Not as easy I can assure you that!

That is the only way you would improve this current team with super league players. I wouldn't want anyone else personally. Finch and Leuluai are a great partnership. Our pack has not been dominated all year and our outside backs are taking great advantage.

Well surely if somebody was better, then you'd swap them. The two things are obviously very closely linked. So he may not have used the words "is anyone better than our players" but the insinuation is there that that is what he was asking.

The one thing that I always notice about Lima is that he very, very rarely gets turtled. He always lands on his front when tackled and achieves a quick PTB.
