I couldn't quite believe what I saw when watching the game back Today, but did anybody else notice John Wilkin's wondering fingers on Gareth Hock in the 2nd half?



The incident was overshadowed by the situation between Gareth Hock and Josh Perry which happened right after, but before the penalty was given Wilkin's hand appeared to be up Hock's shorts, with him wiggling his fingers about





You will have to watch it back again to believe it, but surely this can't be allowed?

is it when we got the penalty for Perry and Hock slapping each other?

I was kind enough to suggest yesterday on another thread that Hocks shorts were being "tugged", but Wilkins actions were certainly questionable. Interviewed, he seems a decent bloke, but some of his on field actions are tiresome. Hope his injury is not too serious and heals well.

Yes, it's very noticeabe when you watch the replay on TV. Makes a nonsense of certain media reports commenting on Gaz "walking off the mark" as if somehow he were responsible for the ensuing "situation" with Perry. How steadily would you stand on a mark with fingers up your backside? Gaz's discipline in that game was excellent, if you ask me.

Hock was immense. Fingers up his and a few other niggles but he just kept smashing into em and some of the offloads were just awesome. They really could not handle him at all. He was absolutley chuffed after as well and he is gonna be a great asset for England imo.

Hock was being shoved/wedgied forward by Wilkin who is clearly tugging at his shorts

It was a bit of weird one, that's for sure. Almost like he was checking out the lay of the land before going in for the full Hopoate

Thought he was looking for the male G spot! But like my wife says, I have no idea what it is or where to find it on her so I am just guessing.
