We see the worst of Rovers because we get allocated the South stand but there is still the choice to get tickets in the north. Rovers have done what most clubs would do, they have concentrated on improving the areas that their own fans sit/stand and you cannot blame them for that. Imagine the stick they would get from their own fans if they decided to make sure the visitors were sorted out before themselves.

Yes it is one of the poorer stadiums but for me you can put Leeds, Wakefield and Bradford all in the same bracket.

Leeds ground is only really substandard for the away fans during adverse weather otherwise it's great.



On the other foot though which away ground provide the best facilities?

I'd go with The Stoop, nice ground, nice bar and if you stay after the game a band and a chat with the players.

headingley north stand aint that great! old wooden seating and posts restricting views
