We got it wrong.



It has basically being a pre season schedule for the kids, they have had far more minutes than the first team.



Poor decision from Radford and the coaching team. Think we are severely under done and it's time some of the players stop with this 'best pre season' 'all players happy' talk in the media!

If it's been a pre season for kids then there's no wonder the players are saying it's 'the best' and are happy!



Seriously though, you can't judge how pre season has gone until the season starts surely?

It's definitely not been a pre season that fills fans with confidence...

Is that the main aim?

Reminds me of a Peter Walsh pre-season

I think I'll wait till the season starts till I judge the impact our preseason has had & whether it was a success or failure.

friendlys are what there are, but a good hammering from fev is not good, surely we should be doing better,

No but getting some combinations and at least getting the basics right would be helpful.

while friendlies are there to get fit and try out ideas, there really should be an element of pride playing for HullFC no matter what the occasion, particularly when the players have had much criticism from the fans for not turning up in 'lesser' games over the last few years.



its clear that the club still hasn't got rid of the culture where the players think they are international class players who don't need to bother when playing a 'lesser' side. Last season the team was able to beat Wire away and in the CC Semi, but then go lose to Wakefield at home, draw at Salford etc. Top sides don't have 'off games'

Never going to happen with the first team playing about 50 minutes together. It's obviously been planned this way so we can't judge whether it's worked or not until the season starts.
