Dont think Richs face fits at the moment Greg, hes still a top bloke though,as Arnie used to say HE WILL be back.

There was some suggestion that Varks has been playing with an injury and through the pain barrier whilst the squad was a little threadbare and that with a few players returning he has a chance to recuperate a little.

He's been outstanding for us since coming into the first team and is playing like a veteran at the moment for us. I've been saying for the past couple of weeks that I don't honestly think i've seen a player come into our first team at such a young age and look so comfortable. He's scored 7 trys in 12 appearences and his defence is unbreakable at times. He really does look a very very exciting prospect and i'd be hugely suprised if he doesn't get international honours within the next 2 or 3 years.



I just hope these stints with yourselfs will bring on guys like Davies and Marsh in the same way. They're both very highly rated and playing in the Championship can only do them the power of good.



Davies is in the squad for the Leeds game on Friday night so that will be a good test for him if he gets the nod.

Farrell has to be one of the best young backrowers I've ever seen. Like you said Nicky, he plays the game like a veteran. Top, top player - can we have him back now?

You should get Davies back pretty soon. He only got a short stint tonight but I thought he did a good solid job. He's a comitted runner thats for sure.



As for Farrell you can have him for the next 2 challenge cup weekends
