i`m not a darkness fan to start off with but i have heard castrated cats sing better...

so if there was no pre match entertainment stan... who in god`s name was that pathetic singer that adorned the centre spot for around 20mins wearing jeans and a rovers shirt before the kick off...
it looked and sounded like justin hawkins of darkness to me
but either way it was poor and pathetic and sounded like a pub karaoke and sounded just as bad.

i would have no problem with whoever they got for pre match, but yesterday it was amateurish in its presentation and that could be worked on for sure.... half the time i couldn`t hear what he was actually attempting to sing in part due to the poor sound system the ground has.
i would of expected the guy to have had his own equipment like most bands/singers have.
so i would say that they still have some areas that need some work ... |

The ones that were just bizarre? Wandered around in weird costumes and were fighting on the pitch with Rufus whilst the second half was going on?
I liked those.

Maybe, looks to be more to do with filling the function and meeting rooms. Didn't personally fancy a wedding at NCP, it's a bit American, isn't it.
There are so many places now offering free function rooms that have great childrens play areas that it's always going to be difficult to charge for a room at NCP for childrens parties or christenings. |
